I am a property manager for several residential rentals and I use Marvel exclusively – for ANYTHING that he will do. The work he’s done for the rentals include: electrical repairs, plumbing install/repair, drywall, fence repairs, window trimming, disposal installs, lighting installs, and more. He’s the best problem-solver I’ve found, coming up with creative and cost-aware solutions, but he will never cut corners. He does excellent work and stands behind everything he does. He’s also very responsive! For example, just last week, a tenant’s cat found its way into the crevices of the basement ceiling and got stuck.  I called Marvel (at 8:30 pm) with an emergency request to cut a hole in the basement ceiling so we could remove the cat; he arrived by 9pm and creatively determined that he could remove some ductwork to rescue the cat – without creating damage to the drywall.
